Suzanne Bradbury

I am a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property Team and based in Bishops Stortford. I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2005 and joined Tees in October 2022. My background is predominantly in residential property although I also have experience leading a commercial property team.  I specialise in the following:-

• Acting on sales and acquisitions for land owners and developers;
• Acting for land owners and developers and promoters in promotion agreements, option agreements, overage agreements and conditional agreements;
• Acting for banks, private lenders and borrowers in connection with development loans and general financing for working capital which is then secured against land and property;
• Setting up development sites ready for plot sales.
