As Director of People at Tees, I bring more than 20 years’ experience in Senior HR roles, implementing strategic HR programs that support ambitious growth objectives, with a focus on organisational culture, employee engagement, and change management, both in the UK and internationally.
With skills and expertise across a full range of people-focused areas, including organisation design, talent acquisition and development, and wellbeing, I take our legal, moral, and ethical obligations seriously and work collaboratively to deliver results that support the organisation’s goals and objectives through people.
As a Chartered FCIPD Fellow, I have wide-ranging sector experience and believe that people are the firm’s most valuable asset.
