I assist clients with a wide range of real estate matters, including acting for landlords and tenants on leases, supporting acquisitions and disposals, and advising on general property management issues. My work spans both investment and occupier matters, and I enjoy helping clients navigate transactions in a clear and practical way.
I have experience advising on a range of commercial property transactions, from drafting and negotiating leases to assisting with sales and purchases of commercial assets. I particularly enjoy working on leasehold matters, where I can support both landlords and tenants in reaching commercially sensible outcomes.
My approach is pragmatic and detail-focused. I understand that property transactions are often time-sensitive and business-critical, so I aim to provide clear, timely advice that keeps matters progressing smoothly. I take pride in being approachable and responsive, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed at every stage.

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2023 and have built my experience entirely within commercial property law. Since joining Tees, I have continued to develop my expertise across a broad mix of real estate work.
I am based in Bishop’s Stortford and work closely with colleagues across the wider Commercial Property team.
