Alternative resolution options advice
There are a number of alternatives available before you reach a decision to go to court. Either negotiating directly with the opposing party, conciliation and mediation using a neutral third party, or expert determination, adjudication, arbitration and ombudsman schemes – where the decision is imposed by a neutral third party.
