Applying for a phase transfer school place with an EHCP: What you need to know
When a child with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) moves to a new stage of education, the law
I joined Tees in late 2023 as a Paralegal, I work in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department, based in the Cambridge office.
As a paralegal, I support the client and those within the department in reaching the desired resolution. I am particularly interested in education law, specifically special educational needs (SEN), and I work closely with the education litigation team.
As a team, the litigation department can provide our clients with a bespoke approach to suit their needs. We are a diverse group with a range of experiences that we can draw on to provide the best possible experience for our clients.

Highly professional and effective team. Able to punch above their weight in heavyweight commercial litigation.
Legal 50 UK, 2025

I previously worked in one of the busiest police control rooms in the UK, managing many large-scale emergency incidents, training new recruits, and upskilling staff. At the same time, for 10 years, I volunteered for a charity that organised accessible camping trips for men with physical and learning disabilities.
After having my second child, I spent my maternity leave volunteering at one of my local Dementia care homes to support staff.
I enjoy creating bespoke celebration cakes for family and friends in my spare time and improving my British Sign language skills.
