Biography
I joined Tees in September 2026 and am based in the firm’s Chelmsford office.
I support individuals and businesses – primarily across Essex, East Anglia, and the Home Counties – with a variety of real estate matters, including:
- Sales and purchases of land and commercial and mixed-use properties
- Financing / Refinancing
- Commercial leases
- Lease management
- Easements
- Overage
- Strategic land development schemes
My aim is to provide a solutions-oriented, commercially driven service to clients: no legal jargon, just timely advice that’s clear and concise. I place emphasis on early identification and resolution of barriers to successful transactions, ensuring sound investments and securing potential for diversification.
