Biography

I am a specialist medical negligence Solicitor with over 30 years’ experience. I have recently joined Tees having previously worked in Northamptonshire. I am a Legal Director and Team Leader of the Cambridge Medical negligence Team

I am well known for representing children with birth injury claims, where I have recovered awards, which will assist them and their families in securing appropriate support for the rest of their lives. I also have significant experience in representing families at inquests many of which have involved the death of a child. I have also dealt with claims involving delayed diagnosis of cancer.
I am passionate about my work and strive to do the best I can for my clients. I have always considered that it is a real privilege to do this work. I enjoy working closely with clients to try to obtain answers to their questions, achieve justice and compensation. I recognise each Client will have different requirements and I aim to provide a service tailored to their individual needs.
I am recognised as a specialist Solicitor on both the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel and the AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents) Panel.
I am a former Secretary of the Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers (SCIL). I am a member of the Northamptonshire Law Society.
