I am a solicitor within our Commercial & Agricultural Property Team, based in Cambridge. I qualified as a solicitor in 2022 but have 10 years of legal experience working within the Real Estate sector, acting for a wide range of clients.
My experience is predominantly within the commercial sector: dealing with sales and acquisitions of commercial property; acting for landowners and developers in connection with conditional contracts, options, overage and promotion agreements; acting for developers in relation to renewable energy schemes including solar and anaerobic digestion; dealing with various aspects of commercial leasehold for both Landlords and Tenants.

I value Tees' commercial property practice for its exceptional legal expertise and strategic approach to property transactions. Their deep understanding of property law, local planning knowledge, and contractual intricacies ensures that matters are thoughtfully considered and strategically structured to protect my interests while remaining compliant with legal requirements.
