Since joining Tees, I have acted for a variety of different clients; landlords, tenants, developers, lenders and landowners.
I assist with commercial property matters generally but more specifically with acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant matters to include leases and underleases, surrenders and licences.
Tees Property team are very responsive, commercial and supportive in equal measure.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures. I have been fortunate enough to have visited 30 countries before turning 30 and now aiming for 40 countries before 40!
