I am an experienced commercial property solicitor, having practised property law since I graduated in September 2003. Â Previously a Partner in a small, central London law firm, I joined Tees in October 2018, where I brought my broad knowledge of all types of property transactions, including leases, development acquisitions and sales, option and overage agreements, re-financing, leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions, rights of first refusal, multi-use buildings and general sales and purchases.
