I am a medical negligence lawyer with over 40 years’ of experience. I founded my own legal firm Scrivenger Seabrook in 1989 and was managing director until October 2019 when I transferred my business to Tees. I now work at Tees as a consultant in their large, Tier 1 Legal 500 medical negligence legal team.
I specialise in all medical negligence claims and strive to deliver the best possible service for each and every client, drawing upon a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Caring for people is at the heart of everything I do. If there is anything I can do to relieve a burden or make a client’s life easier then I will and working with Tees has allowed me to ensure that my clients are getting the best possible care.

Vicki Seabrook has a long-established and respected name in the clinical negligence field. She possesses extensive experience in brain injury matters.

My experience working as a lawyer in the field of personal injury led to 6 years acting as a solicitor at the Royal College of Nursing where I wrote “Patient Lifting: A Guide For Nurse Managers”. I am proud to have helped to prevent injury and change the lives of so many nurses who are at risk of injury themselves; I view this as this the greatest achievement of my professional career.
I graduated as a solicitor in 1979.
