I qualified as a solicitor in 2010, gaining experience in the City and with a large regional firm in the South-East before joining Tees in 2020 as an Associate in the Commercial Property team.

I have expertise in a broad range of transactional commercial property work.  My experience includes acting for:

• Landowners, trustees and charity trustees, developers and investors in relation to sales and acquisitions, strategic land transactions and development agreements, diversification and estate management work;
• Multinational, national and SME public and private companies in connection with corporate transactions;
• Property investors in relation to portfolio transactions, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, finance and refinance work;
• Landlords and tenants in relation to new leases, assignments, renewals and leasehold management matters.

I work proactively and aim to identify and tackle issues early.  I work hard to find solutions and avoid overcomplication when challenges are encountered, and I am available and responsive to clients at every stage of any transaction.
