Biography
I am a Legal Director in the Commercial Property department having joined the firm in May 2024 from a leading Bournemouth firm.
I qualified as a Solicitor in February 2014 and have over ten years of experience working in and then managing a busy Commercial Property team.
My areas of expertise include transactional commercial landlord and tenant work and commercial and residential land development.
I have extensive experience in acting for developer clients seeking to develop existing ‘non-built’ sites and/or change of use of existing ‘built’ sites and regeneration projects. I provide a full range of advice in relation to varied methods of site acquisition, I.e. Option Agreements, Conditional Contracts, Promotion Agreements, and Unconditional Contracts; reporting on and resolving complex title issues in respect of adverse rights and restrictive covenants; reporting on and negotiating purchase contracts and drafting detailed land Transfers and Overage Agreements.
Delivering what you really need
A key strength is my ability to quickly get to the crux of issues and distil and communicate the relevant information clearly and concisely to clients. I feel a great sense of satisfaction in helping my clients make well-informed commercial decisions and, ultimately, in assisting them in meeting their objectives.
