Lucy Beck

I qualified as a solicitor in 2017 before joining Tees and progressing to Senior Associate in the Real Estate Department.  Working alongside Aaron Cane (Executive Partner).  Working predominantly in the South Essex area, I have a vast range of property experience, including:

• Asset site acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Strategic land development schemes, including option agreements, conditional contracts, clawback/overage agreements
• Secured lending, including bridging finance with experience acting for borrowers, lenders only and dual representation
• Acting for charities on a wide range of property related matters
• Providing support to our Corporate and Commercial Team regarding property matters forming part of share and asset sales and acquisitions.

Recent work highlights include:

• Acting for a pension scheme for the sale of an industrial site for a price of circa £11million with environmental/contamination considerations and a clawback arrangement
• Acting for a tenant for the grant of a lease of a restaurant in a prominent site in central London (Green Park) with a rental liability of over £1.2million per annum
• Attending to complex property matters in the multi-million pound share sale of GBN Services Limited (Tees advise Moralis Group Limited on its disposal of G.B.N Services Limited | Tees Law)
