Biography
I am a paralegal in the Medical Negligence team, based in Bishop’s Stortford. I assist on a range of complex medical negligence claims, working alongside experienced specialist practitioners to help clients throughout the legal process.
I find my work rewarding because it allows me to support clients at a difficult time in their lives and help them to seek answers and accountability.

I graduated from Durham University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2023 and joined Tees in March 2024. I started the solicitor apprenticeship in September 2025 and have since passed the SQE1 exams. I am now preparing to sit SQE2 as I work towards qualifying as a solicitor.
I also volunteer as a helpline adviser for the patient safety charity Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA), providing guidance to people affected by medical accidents. Caller feedback: ‘[Charlotte was] very compassionate, very caring and very understanding.’
Outside work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and going on long walks in the countryside.
