Tees has been ranked fifth among the most recommended law firms in East Anglia in new research published by Legal 500, based on direct feedback from thousands of clients.
The ranking is drawn from Legal 500’s Client Experience Index (CXI), which measures how likely clients are to recommend their law firm. More than 5,000 client responses from across the East Anglia region contributed to the analysis, providing an independent measure of client satisfaction and advocacy.
Tees secured fifth place in the regional rankings, placing it among the top-performing firms for client recommendation.
Tees recognised in Legal 500 client experience index
To be included in the Client Experience Index, firms must hold multiple Legal 500 rankings and receive a sufficient volume of client feedback, ensuring the results reflect the experiences of a broad range of clients.
The Legal 500 research uses a Net Promoter Score (NPS), a globally recognised measure of customer loyalty and satisfaction. Clients are asked one question as part of Legal 500’s annual independent research:
“On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?”
Responses are used to calculate each firm’s Net Promoter Score, allowing firms to be benchmarked against their regional peers.
The rankings reflect feedback gathered from clients as part of Legal 500’s independent research programme, which each year analyses feedback from hundreds of thousands of law firm clients worldwide.
