From January 2026, Tees’ expanded Chelmsford hub will provide a full-service offering for individuals, families and business owners. Completion and next steps
The redevelopment of Parkview House was completed at the end of 2025 and will provide 13,166 sq. ft of modern office space. The expansion will see 45 colleagues relocate from the Brentwood office, bringing the Chelmsford team’s total to 117 from January 2026. In the meantime, it remains business as usual for clients, with no disruption to services. Clients should continue to contact the firm in the usual way.
