I am a member of the Company and Commercial team at Tees, with a focus on commercial contracts and intellectual property. I joined the firm in early 2025 from a top international law firm in London. While I am based in our Cambridge office, I work with both national and international clients.

My experience gives me a unique insight into helping clients, allowing me to identify and resolve issues that bridge two distinct areas of expertise. It is two-fold:

• Commercial Contracts: I have extensive experience drafting, reviewing, updating, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. This includes supply of goods and services contracts, distribution contracts, introducer/referral contracts, consultancy contracts, collaboration contracts, SaaS and PaaS contracts, NDAs, website terms and conditions, and more.
• Intellectual Property: I specialise in intellectual property law, with a focus on trade marks, passing off, registered and unregistered designs, copyright, and database rights. I advise clients on the best strategies to protect their valuable intellectual property and help ensure third parties respect their rights. Additionally, I assist in maximising the value of intellectual property through licensing opportunities.
