Biography
I am a Licensed Conveyancer in the Residential Property team at Tees, based in our Saffron Walden office. With over 17 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, I advise clients on a wide range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, remortgages and transfers of equity.
I understand that moving home can be both exciting and stressful, so I focus on providing clear, practical advice and keeping clients informed throughout the process. Whether you are buying your first home, moving up the property ladder or adding to your property portfolio, I aim to make every transaction as straightforward and efficient as possible.
Delivering what you really need
I manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and registration at HM Land Registry. I pride myself on being approachable, responsive and proactive, working closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals to keep matters progressing.
Building strong relationships and providing excellent client service are at the heart of everything I do. I believe that regular communication, attention to detail and a practical approach help ensure a smooth and successful transaction for every client.

I would highly recommend Tees Law for outstanding service and smooth conveyancing. Special shout out to Lara & Samantha who helped my partner and I with our new build purchase.
