As part of the residential conveyancing team, I deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. I have worked in residential property since 1994 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2003.
I will redeem old mortgages and arrange for them to be removed from the Land Registry; account to clients for any surplus monies; pay estate agents and Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT); arrange to register buyers’ new names and if the property being purchased is leasehold ensure that details of the Buyer have been given to the Landlord.

Thank you for your invaluable support and advice throughout the challenging selling process. Your level-headed guidance prevented me from pulling out at the wrong time.
