Much of the work that I do for clients is done at a time of great stress and disruption.
Having initially worked in our Bishop’s Stortford office when I joined Tees in September 1998, I moved to head up the Wills Trusts, Tax and Probate team in Cambridge in 2009, and our team now includes lawyers, a trust and estate accountant and a paralegal. Our structure enables us to ensure your affairs are handled with expertise and efficiency, but combined with an understanding and appreciation of your particular circumstances – we know that one size does not fit all.

My work includes advice on and preparation of Wills, creation and administration of trusts, estate planning and administration of estates. Additionally, I advise upon Powers of Attorney.
Much of my work concerns succession and estate planning for rural clients, requiring comprehensive knowledge of the pertinent issues. I work closely with my colleagues in the property and commercial teams, internal and external accountants, and agents to find the right solutions for the family.
An increasing amount of my time is spent on Court of Protection matters. I advise on applications for deputyships and am regularly appointed as a professional deputy for individuals in high-value cases.
