Biography
I qualified as a Commercial Property solicitor in September 2023 and joined the Real Estate department and the Agricultural, Rural and Estates team at Tees in August 2025. I advise on commercial property and agricultural transactions such as:
• Acquisitions and disposals;
• Landlord and tenant matters including leases, licences to alter and underlet and rent deposit deeds; and
• Deeds of grant.
I work closely with clients to understand their needs and work diligently to ensure that these are met. I pride myself on my straight-forward communication, guiding clients through the transaction and aiming to make the client experience as enjoyable as possible.

Tees Property team are very responsive, commercial and supportive in equal measure.
