I am a dual-qualified solicitor of England and Wales, as well as Georgia. I qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2022 and joined the Company and Commercial Team at Tees Law in September 2024. I am also a qualified advocate in Georgia, where I managed the legal department at Isbank and a microfinance organisation for eight years. Before joining Tees Law, I was a corporate solicitor at Shakespeare and Martineau for over two years.
I advise the clients on various corporate and commercial matters across multiple sectors including technology, logistics, various manufacturers, retailers, healthcare and professionals services.
My services cover mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase and disposals, corporate restructuring, articles and shareholders agreements; private equity; management buy outs and buy ins; and joint ventures, partnership agreements, finance and banking.

The team at Tees is exceptional when it comes to corporate and commercial. Their tenacity and understanding of our business were excellent, as well as their understanding of a commercial deal that was not always straightforward.

I am dedicated to providing legal support that empowers clients to achieve their goals and secure successful outcomes.
I speak three languages: English, Georgian and Russian.
In my free time, I enjoy travelling, spending time in the mountains and skiing during seasonal holidays.
