We are pleased to confirm that our Real Estate team has acted for the landowner on a new promotion agreement for a strategic residential development site in Hatfield Peverel, within the Braintree District Council.
RO Land is the promoter on the project, who saw the site as an opportunity to strengthen their growing presence in Essex.
The agreement allows the site to take advantage of a valuable planning window. It also aligns with the Labour Government’s current “build baby build” approach, creating a timely opportunity to bring much-needed housing forward.

Partner Daniel Fairs led the project for Tees, working closely with solicitor Craig Immerson. Ben Sinclair of Savills also acted for the landowner. Both the landowner and promoter teams worked efficiently to ensure the agreement set a clear, practical framework for the promotion phase.
