Samantha Worth, commercial property solicitor at Tees Law

Biography

I am a senior associate solicitor in our commercial property team. I qualified as a solicitor in August 2012, and since joining Tees in November 2012, I have advised companies and individuals on the management of their property portfolios.
I act for landlords and tenants, helping them through the process of grant/ renewal and lease termination.
I deal with general sales and purchases of commercial and agricultural property. I liaise regularly with agents and surveyors and act in conjunction with them to ensure the relevant clients’ needs are met in each transaction.
I also assist our Wills, Tax Trusts, and Probate departments by handling property transfers for executors and voluntary first registrations.

Delivering what you really need

Our clients have different types of property, and each property has a different need and requires bespoke advice. We take pride in understanding you, your business and your property background so that we can work with you more effectively and make things easier for you throughout the transaction.
I am constantly challenged to find solutions for clients and foresee issues that could arise to ensure my clients’ interests are protected. Many clients just want the deal done, and it is my job to ensure that I consider all scenarios so that every base is covered for my clients and their property. This is what I enjoy most about my role.
