Dispute Resolution

Biography

I have been an Associate at Tees since 2019 and I deal with all aspects of property litigation.

I qualified in 1996 and have worked exclusively in dispute resolution since.  I specialise in property litigation and my practise encompasses:

  •  Commercial property: contested lease renewals, dilapidations, and service charge disputes.
  • Residential landlord and tenant.
  • Real property including adverse possession; restrictive covenants and easements.
  • Boundary disputes.
  • Disputes arising from the co-ownership of property.
  • Professional negligence arising from property transactions including actions against solicitors and surveyors.

In addition to my work at Tees, I am a non-executive director for Gravesham Friendly which is a mutual insurer.
