I became a Partner in January 2003 and have been qualified since 1998. I specialise in complex residential property, high net worth properties, and residential long leasehold matters, including lease extensions, enfranchisement and RTMs. In addition, I deal with transfers of equity, remortgages and residential sales and purchases. Many of my clients have property investment portfolios which I assist with for acquisition, sale and refinancing.
