Further information

I previously worked in one of the busiest police control rooms in the UK, managing many large-scale emergency incidents, training new recruits, and upskilling staff. At the same time, for 10 years, I volunteered for a charity that organised accessible camping trips for men with physical and learning disabilities.

After having my second child, I spent my maternity leave volunteering at one of my local Dementia care homes to support staff.

I enjoy creating bespoke celebration cakes for family and friends in my spare time and improving my British Sign language skills.
