Tracey Dickens

I qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined the Company and Commercial Team at Tees in October 2024. For much of my career, I have advised clients on corporate and commercial matters and although I have advised a diverse range of clients, I have a particular expertise in the health and care sector, advising on care home transactions and medical partnerships, acting for doctors and other care professionals for over 22 years.

I enjoy working with the wide variety of businesses that we assist and the variety of work and advice required, which also involves working closely with our clients’ accountants, banks and business advisors.
