I qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined the Company Commercial Team at Tees in October 2024. For much of my career, I have advised clients on corporate and commercial matters, advising a diverse range of clients.
I have a particular expertise in the health and social care sector, advising on care home transactions and medical partnerships, acting for doctors, dentists, veterinary surgeons, and other care professionals for over 22 years.
I deal with all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including:
I am often praised for my balanced and pragmatic approach and ability to find solutions to ensure a successful outcome. I see my role as a facilitator committed to helping our clients record their transactions and business relationships in the best possible way, while recognising the need to reflect the level of the transaction or contract to ensure sensible negotiation, bearing in mind the risks. I enjoy working with the wide variety of businesses that we assist and the variety of work and advice required, which also involves working closely with our clients’ accountants, banks and business advisors.

Tracey was an attentive and responsive adviser, committed to providing pragmatic advice and robust solutions throughout the process. She produced high-quality documentation that efficiently addressed the complexities of the structure and helped drive the matter to a successful completion.

I am recognised as a Leading Individual by the Legal 500 in the Commercial & Corporate Sector and, for my healthcare work in the Public Sector. Clients frequently praise my balanced and pragmatic approach and ability to find solutions to ensure a successful outcome for them.
In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, winter and summer, and I love music, mainly rock and blues rock.
Client testimonials:
