Andrea Nicholls

I originally took a degree in Agriculture but then went on to qualify as a solicitor in 1995.  For most of my career, I specialised in property litigation with a particular interest in agricultural law.  I appeared before the courts and tribunals for both landlords and tenants in relation to agricultural, commercial and residential property.  I am an author of both the Conveyancing Handbook and the Property Practitioners Guide to the First-tier Tribunal.
