Sophie Bacon

I joined Tees in April 2025 as an Associate Solicitor. Prior to joining Tees, I was working at an Essex based law firm where I trained and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2020.

I studied law at University of Kent and completed the Legal Practice Course at University of Law in London.

My main areas of expertise are as follows:

1. Advising on and drafting Wills.
2. Advising on and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney.
3. Inheritance Tax advice and Estate planning.
4. Assisting with the administration of Estates.
5. Advising on and drafting Declarations of Trust.

I aim to provide the best service for my clients. In particular, I always try to ensure that my clients feel comfortable and at ease during the process, as we are often assisting them with personal and sometimes emotionally challenging matters. I like meeting with my clients to fully understand their circumstances and needs so I can provide them with an efficient and high-quality service.
