I have experience acting for both Landlords and Tenants in leasehold transactions, whether you are looking to renew your lease or perhaps vary an existing lease. I am on hand to assist and guide you with any queries that you may have.

I have also dealt with recording public rights of way over land and making various applications to the Land Registry, including first registrations and applications for prescriptive easements.
