I am an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation team at Tees Law since December 2022, and can assist in a broad range of Regulatory and Business Crime cases.

I am regularly instructed to prosecute, defend, and advise on behalf of Regulatory Bodies including the Health and Safety Executive and Local Authorities. My clients include corporate entities and individuals, and I advise on all types of regulatory breaches including cases involving fatalities.  I am also experienced in representing companies and individuals at police interviews and other interviews held under caution.

As an experienced advocate I regularly appear before Courts across the East of England, and I have dealt with cases in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal.

My experience enables me to provide specialist training for Local Authorities and organisations in relation to all aspects of criminal litigation and regulatory law.
