Biography

I am a solicitor in the Corporate Commercial Team, with a focus on corporate law and a reputation for being meticulous, organised, and approachable.

Since qualifying in March 2023, I have advised clients across a broad range of corporate transactions and legal matters. My experience includes share and asset acquisitions and disposals, company restructures, shareholder agreements, articles of association, share buybacks, and loan documentation.

I take pride in delivering practical, tailored advice, with client care and attention to detail at the core of my approach. Clients often describe me as patient, diligent, and easy to work with.

Notable work highlights include:

  • Preparing and negotiating the terms of a £1 million grant agreement.
  • Advising on a £7.5 million refinance deal.
  • Supporting and project managing a £5 million share acquisition.
  • Assisting on the share and asset purchase of care homes valued at over £4 million combined.

My educational background includes an upper second-class degree in Law from the University of Warwick in 2016. Subsequently, I pursued the LPC MSc in Law Business and Management on a part time basis at the University of Law, completing the program in 2019 with a distinction.

I am an active member of my local church community and find fulfilment through my involvement. I have a passion for reading and hosting my own podcast. During my leisure time, I enjoy cooking and frequently turn to TikTok and Instagram for fresh recipe ideas.
