Katherine Jameson

Associate

Biography

I began work in general commercial and civil litigation after qualifying in 2004. More recently, in 2008, following my move to Tees Law, I narrowed my field down to concentrate on employment law.

My particular interests are providing advice to employers and employees on redundancies, disciplinaries, and grievances, negotiating exit packages/settlement agreements, and reviewing and preparing contracts, handbooks, and policies. However, I can also offer advice on a wide range of employment issues to individuals and businesses, such as restrictive covenants and other breaches of contract.

Delivering what you really need

I am based in the Bishops Stortford office but also cover the Cambridge, Royston and Saffron Walden offices. With my colleagues, we can meet our clients at any of our six offices or offices to suit your needs.

The employment team provides a range of services for both individuals and businesses covering all aspects of employment law. We understand that employment issues can be daunting for both individuals and businesses, and we are here to help you with practical solutions. We also can draw upon the legal expertise of our colleagues in other teams to provide advice on commercial matters or litigious issues to ensure that you receive advice tailored to your needs.
