Renters’ Rights Act 2025: What you need to know about the information sheet and written information
Phase 1 of the new Renters’ Rights Act is due to be implemented on 1 May 2026. Amongst other key
I am a Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department, working alongside experienced specialist practitioners in our Bishop’s Stortford office. I qualified as a Solicitor in March 2025, and I work on a wide array of contentious property and construction matters, in addition to general commercial and partnership disputes, acting on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants.
I often advise clients on boundary disputes and adverse possession claims. I assist my clients in enforcing lease terms, with rights of way disputes, as well with breaches of covenants and claims relating to property damage. Work with my commercial clients involves contested lease renewals, dilapidations and service charge disputes. Further I advise and assist clients in respect of lease extensions, collective enfranchisement claims, tenant’s right of first refusal as well as right to manage claims.
In addition to my property work I also advise on general commercial disputes such as breach of contract. I work for a range of clients, including freeholders, leaseholders, landlords, tenants, and businesses.
Delivering what you really need:
I enjoy the fast-paced and diverse nature of litigation. No two cases are ever the same. I understand that disputes are often complex and challenging to manage, whilst also being stressful for clients due to the uncertainty and financial risk involved. I therefore endeavour to ensure that my clients feel supported throughout the process, providing commercially sound and personalised advice.

Highly professional and effective team. Able to punch above their weight in heavyweight commercial litigation.
Legal 500 UK, 2025

I graduated in 2020 with a 2:1 degree in LLB Law. I thereafter obtained a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with masters, which I studied for whilst working at Tees.
I joined Tees in December 2021 as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department. In September 2023 I started my Training Contract and completed seats in Family Law, Medical Negligence and Dispute Resolution & Litigation.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching sports, going to the gym, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
