- Acquisitions and disposals of both leasehold and freehold titles for companies, developers, investors, owners, and occupiers.
- The general preparation of properties and sites for onward development and sale.
- Secured lending and refinancing acting for banks, private lenders, and borrowers.

Further information
I trained at a property law firm based in west London which I joined as a paralegal in 2015. I gained substantial experience working in various residential property, commercial property and landlord and tenant departments, mainly dealing with complex or high-value matters in the London area.
I relocated to Hertfordshire in 2022 and joined a successful regional firm which gave me a deep understanding of businesses and individual clients’ needs in Hertfordshire, Essex, and surrounding areas.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, I practice martial arts and have my hands full looking after my cat and three dogs – a Pomeranian, a Siberian Husky, and an Alaskan Malamute (in size order).
