I am a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team, based out of our Bishop’s Stortford office. I joined Tees in 2023 having qualified as a solicitor in 2021. Since qualification, I have practised exclusively in commercial property in London and Hertfordshire, on a broad range of commercial property transactions which include:

• All aspects of landlord and tenant work, including new leases, renewals, alterations, surrenders, subleases, and assignment.
• Acquisitions and disposals of both leasehold and freehold titles for companies, developers, investors, owners, and occupiers.
• The general preparation of properties and sites for onward development and sale.
• Secured lending and refinancing acting for banks, private lenders, and borrowers.
