- Commercial property and lease disputes – our specialists cover: rent arrears, termination and renewal of leases, taking possession and breach of lease.
- Corporate recovery, restructuring and insolvency - We see insolvency as a last resort and we will work through other options in an attempt to get your business back on track. Our insolvency experts work on all aspects of administrations, receiverships and liquidations.
- Contractual disputes and debt recovery – complex contractual disputes and effective processes to help you recover debts such as enforcing court orders against debtors.
- Defamation – our specialist libel and slander solicitors can tell you if you have grounds to make a claim. There is a 12 month time limit on these claims – so act quickly if you think you have a case.
