I am a solicitor in the family department at Tees, based in the Chelmsford office. I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024.
As a Resolution member, I take a constructive approach to resolving family law issues. I work to find practical solutions to clients’ differing circumstances while ensuring matters remain as amicable as possible.
Clients appreciate my attentiveness to their cases and the compassionate and understanding approach I offer during often incredibly challenging times.
I aim to handle matters cost-effectively and efficiently and ensure clients are kept involved and informed throughout.
I collaborate with colleagues both within the family team and from the wider firm to provide clients with a seamless, full-service experience.

Tees is deeply committed to their clients and ensuring excellence in legal knowledge and case management. They are calm under pressure and not afraid to stand up for their client’s case.
Legal 50 UK, 2025

I joined Tees in September 2022 as a trainee solicitor and completed seats in residential property, family, dispute resolution, and litigation.
Before commencing my training contract, I studied Law at the University of Exeter, graduating in 2019. I then studied the combined LPC and LLM, obtaining a masters-level qualification in Law and Business with an enhanced Legal Practice course and gaining a Distinction.
Our team were ranked in the top tier of the Legal 500 2026 for the Essex region.
Testimonials:
“Fantastic service from Joshua and Molly from start to finish. They dealt with my case over a number of years but were faultless in every instance. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!” Nigel Gray
