I particularly enjoy building relationships with my clients during the process, as well as with other parties in the chain, as we all work towards a common goal. I think it’s important to manage client expectations and give a realistic timeline throughout the transaction. I find it rewarding when the call can finally be made to our client to collect their keys for their new property!
