I am a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department at our Bishop Stortford office. Having qualified in April 2022, I advise on a broad range of contentious property matters, working closely with specialist practitioners to deliver strategic and commercially‑focused solutions for my clients.
My work predominantly encompasses property litigation, including residential lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and advising on related statutory rights such as the right of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. On the commercial side, I handle a variety of disputes, including matters arising under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, such as business tenancy renewals and dilapidations claims.
In addition, I regularly act on a wide range of property dispute matters, including boundary disputes, rights of way and adverse possession matters.
I act for both freeholders and tenants, helping protect their interests and secure favourable outcomes in often complex disputes.

Highly professional and effective team. Able to punch above their weight in heavyweight commercial litigation.
