Education Legal Advice for Parents
Supporting families to secure the right education for their child
Finding your way through the education maze to get what your child needs, can feel like an uphill struggle. We’re here to guide and support you, to help you get the best possible outcome for your child.
We act for many parents and families seeking provision for children and young people with SEND and for children who find school a struggle. We help parents of children who have been excluded from school or refuse to attend.
Victoria Kerr, has over 25 years of legal experience across children’s law, from private parental disputes, social care and education. She leads a committed team of legal advisors: Machela Boampong, Alexandra Kremer, Abigail Denman, and Charlotte Brown.
Many of our team are SEND parents themselves, or have personal experience of SEND, bringing both professional expertise and lived understanding to our work. The Team offer a committed and pragmatic approach to education law, to achieve the best possible results in a timely fashion and without incurring unnecessary costs.
