With extensive experience in Private Client Law, I provide comprehensive legal advice tailored to individuals and families. My expertise encompasses a wide range of services, including the drafting of wills, the set up and administration of trusts, the preparation of lasting powers of attorney, administration of deceased estates, and applications to the Court of Protection. I am dedicated to safeguarding my clients’ financial futures and ensuring their wishes are clearly defined and protected.
I joined Tees in 2012 in an administrative role and then took up a Paralegal position in the team whilst completing my legal training. Since qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022, I have helped clients navigate the complexities of these various areas. I understand the deeply personal nature of these matters, and I approach each case with empathy and precision, reflecting each client’s unique circumstances and long-term objectives.
Whether it’s guiding families through sensitive probate processes or developing strategies to preserve and transfer wealth across generations, I’m committed to delivering clear, effective advice in the most compassionate and professional manner. My goal is to provide peace of mind and clarity to clients during pivotal moments in their lives.

Sophie Shirley was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to assist during the stressful sale of my late father's house. I highly recommend her for her support and dedication.
