Since qualifying over 30 years ago, I have worked in wills, trusts, tax, and probate, including 13 years in the private client department of a City of London law firm. Since joining in 2011, I regularly advise on wills, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection applications, as well as traditional probate work and all aspects of Inheritance tax and succession planning.
I worked in Saffron Walden for almost 15 years and now in Cambridge, providing an efficient and trusted legal service for clients at all levels. I work closely with you to understand your individual and family circumstances and ensure appropriate measures are taken to plan for the future. This can include passing on assets from generation to generation. I often see clients in their homes, sometimes with other professional advisers. Increasingly, for clients in later life, I visit them in their residential homes. I will ascertain what suits you and proceed from the outset.
We can draw upon the legal expertise of our colleagues in other teams to advise on residential and commercial property, litigation, and family matters to ensure that you receive advice tailored to your complete needs.
For those 50+, we have created a unique offering that caters to the full range of financial and estate planning we have found people want over the years. “One” is jointly provided by the Wills, Trust, Tax, and Probate team and Tees Financial, which offers financial advice on aspects such as pensions, collective investments and stocks and shares, equity release, mortgages, and long-term care plans.

Heather Fuff is very knowledgeable and gives very clear, relevant and concise advice in an engaged and friendly manner.
