I specialise in all manners of property litigation, with a particular focus on commercial property disputes.
I assist both landlords and tenants with a full range of disputes relating to leases and tenancies, acting for a wide range of clients, including private individuals and families, corporate occupiers, and investor landlords. My practice encompasses:
I also assist landowners and occupiers with disputes arising from real property, including restrictive covenants, easements, rights of way, boundary disputes, adverse possession, and claims against trespassers.
Whilst my practice mainly consists of property litigation matters, I also advise on commercial contractual disputes, including disputes arising from the purchase and sale of land. I also provide preventive guidance before a dispute arises to minimise or eliminate risks.
I have a flexible, pragmatic approach to disputes, treating each matter individually with a focus on the key objectives and drivers.

The Tees Law commercial litigation team continues to provide a level of service akin to the larger London practices, but do so on a more affable, client-focused footing.
