I am a Senior Associate solicitor in our Private Client team based in our Cambridge office. I can assist with a range of issues, including:

• Preparation and revision of Wills
• Estate planning – including inheritance tax and planning for the cost of future care
• Living Wills/ Advance Directive
• Trusts – including preparation and administration
• Probate / Administration of Estates
• Preparation and Registration of Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection Applications – including financial Deputyship Orders
• Mental capacity issues – including incapable trustees and advice to Attorneys

I am a Full Member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and also an Accredited Member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly known as Solicitors for the Elderly).

I offer a friendly, personal and professional service and aim to provide clear, simple, practical advice tailored to each individual client’s personal needs. I have extensive experience acting for clients in later life and with mental capacity considerations. I can meet with you at our offices or visit your home, hospital or care home.

I work with other professionals, including your accountant or financial adviser, to achieve the best outcome for you. Should it be appropriate, I can work with our colleagues in Tees Financial who offers financial advice on aspects such as pensions, collective investments and stocks and shares, equity release, and long-term care plans (with advisors accredited by the Society of Later Life Advisers). I can also draw on the legal expertise of colleagues in other teams to advise on residential and commercial property, litigation, and family matters to ensure that you receive advice tailored to your complete needs.

I have worked in the Cambridge legal market since 2012, qualifying as a solicitor in 2017. I joined Tees in 2025, having previously worked for well-established local and regional firms.
