I have worked in commercial litigation since my qualification in 1995. I joined Tees in October 2011, where my areas of expertise are focused on Insolvency law and partnership and Company Disputes.

On the Insolvency side I act for both Insolvency Practitioners and Individuals or Directors who are faced with proceedings against them.

I have considerable experience with directors’ disqualification proceedings.

I will work to achieve the best outcome tailored to your individual circumstances and take into account the amount of risk you are willing and able to run.

I cannot remove the stress inherent in litigation, but my aim is to minimise it as much as possible while providing you with exceptional service based on a clear and expert understanding of your legal issues.
