I am a solicitor in our Commercial and Agricultural property team based out of our Cambridge office. I qualified in 2020 and have acted for a wide range of clients, including partnerships, companies, lenders, individuals, government departments, and charities.

I undertake the following types of work:-

• Sales and acquisitions of farms and agricultural land
• Promotion and option agreements
• Overage agreements and conditional contracts
• All landlord and tenant work including new leases, consents, general property portfolio management, and under-lettings
