Family Law

Biography

I joined Tees as a Solicitor in the Family Department based in the Bishops Stortford office in July 2025. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2009, I advise on a full range of family matters arising from the breakdown of relationships. These include divorce and separation, financial proceedings and issues arising from non-married couples.
I have experience in matters involving children, including domestic and international relocation matters. I also advise clients on matters at the start of a relationship, including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, declarations of trust for property ownership and cohabitation/separation agreements. As well as advising my own client,s I assist the family partners on more complex cases.

I am known for my decisive and responsive approach to my cases, and I understand the emotional consequences on an individual of relationship breakdown or family dispute. I am a member of Resolution, whose members are committed to preserving family relations wherever possible by dealing with matters constructively, providing straightforward advice and achieving cost and time-effective solutions.
