ESG and corporate governance: A legal duty and a business advantage
When I first joined Tees, I was pleased to learn what ESG meant, not just as a concept, but what
I am a Chartered Legal Executive in the Commercial Property department. I joined Tees in August 2018 as a Paralegal and achieved Chartered Legal Executive status in August 2023. Since joining Tees, I have acted for a variety of different clients; landlords, tenants, developers, lenders and landowners.
I assist with commercial property matters generally but more specifically with acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant matters to include leases and underleases, surrenders and licences.
Tees Property team are very responsive, commercial and supportive in equal measure.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures. I have been fortunate enough to have visited 30 countries before turning 30 and now aiming for 40 countries before 40!
